ASK Italian

ASK Italian has a Vegan menu that’s simply bursting with flavour. You could start off with fluffy Vegan Baked Dough Balls, enjoy a delicious Vegan Penne Arrabiata for your main meal and then try out the zesty Vegan Blood Orange & Chocolate Tart to finish. It’s bound to leave your taste-buds tingling! They also have vegan dishes for children as well, with vegan vegetable sticks and bread soldiers, plus vegan pasta and pizza options. All included on the kids menu; three courses plus a no-added sugar squash for just £6.95.

The dedicated Vegan menu at Cocina includes a range of Mexican tapas, fiery tacos, stuffed burritos, a veggie bean burger, sharing nachos, a variety of sides and more. Combine these amazing meals with a lively, authentic atmosphere and there you have it – the perfect fiesta with your friends!

This year Wagamama have gone all out with their Veganuary offering; their new vegan suika tuna will tantalise the tastebuds. ‘Suika’ means watermelon in Japanese. This vegan ‘tuna’ is made with dehydrated watermelon which is then sliced, seared and served hot. The look and texture is incredibly similar to tuna, but this dish is ONLY available during January.

Alternatively their Vegan menu is created with the belief that meat-free certainly shouldn’t mean taste-free. They have a wide range of dishes including the new Yasai Nikko Curry; a fragrant coconut, lemongrass and turmeric soup with tofu, roasted butternut squash, turmeric cauliflower and more. And as a side or starter, their new vegetable tempura bursts with flavours. The perfect way to round it off is with a refreshing Lemongrass & Lime or Pink Guava & Passionfruit Sorbet – you’ll want to eat it all again and again!

Pizza Express
Pizza Express offers a delightful alternative to mozzarella on its Vegan Giardiniera Pizza. Enjoy a starter of marinated olives before tucking into a thin and crispy base topped with artichoke, mushroom, red onion and black olives with tomato, garlic oil and fresh parsley. You can even swap it for a lower-calorie dish, which has the same tasty ingredients but less dough and a fresh, dressed salad

Frankie and Benny’s
To inspire more people to give Veganuary a go Frankie and Benny’s have introduced a NEW Veganuary range, which is now available as a completely separate menu…it includes dishes such as the wholesome Calzone Vegano, the crispy and flavoursome Mushroom Ravioli and the indulgent Chocolate & Raspberry Lava Cake. Vegan never looked so good!

Say hello to the Meatless Marinara! Subway have turned one of their signature products vegan. The sandwich is made from plant-based non-meatballs, smothered in the signature marinara sauce and topped with melted Vegan Cheese. We can’t wait to try it.
