To support the Savills marketing team, encompassing both Leisure site Marketing Manager and Savills Place team responsible for the LandSec Leisure portfolio, and ensure marketing is delivered efficiently and effectively.
This position is responsible for assisting in the operational delivery of centre marketing campaigns, promotions and initiatives across the LandSec Leisure portfolio. It will involve engaging with asset-level stakeholders including the centre team and operators, developing strong relationships and fostering a collaborative culture.
This role is a 13-month maternity cover to start early / mid August.
Marketing - Supports on the delivery of marketing initiatives primarily across Xscape Yorkshire, Xscape Milton Keynes, Fountain Park and Queen’s Link, but will also support the other LandSec Leisure sites when the support is deemed necessary by Savills Place. Support Marketing Operations by co-ordinating asset-level activity.
Digital Marketing - Collaborates with the LandSec Leisure Marketing Manager on digital marketing opportunities working in conjunction with Savills Place to brief proposals and feedback.
Experiential - Delivers all on site experiential/event support as required at Xscape Milton Keynes.
Reporting - Savills Place leads on reporting and you will support across the full LandSec Leisure portfolio liaising with site teams to gather and submit all required information from each site ahead of report deadlines for all quarterly site reports and monthly management reports. Source econometric data, including monthly marketing/sales KPI reports, competitor activity, local information impacting centre performance, plus and other commercial indicators including (footfall, dwell, frequency, digital engagement etc.).
PO's & Invoicing - Raise all PO’s for any bookings made across all sites.
Collaboration - Savills Place leads on initiatives to support campaigns / key periods and you will cascade these opportunities at a site level, brief agencies, approve creatives, communicate to key stakeholders. This will include things like: best practice, improved ways of working, shared learnings, joint opportunities, cost savings, corporate social responsibility, PR.
Tenant liaison – weekly liaison with tenants to gather unique onsite content / photography / offers and activity to be supplied to Savills Place for web/social content. Work with asset-level customers (retailers, occupiers), keeping them informed of all site-specific promotional and marketing activities.
Creative - Brief, manage and sign off all creative requirements for campaigns both digital/offline. Book, brief and manage all on site photography / videography to be used in campaigns for all sites using appropriate photography and brand guidelines and Savills approved photographers/videography.
Content – Brief monthly e-shot content and creatives. Brief monthly web articles and social content in to Savills Place marketing team.
Community - Develop good relationships with all local media, supporting central PR team and agencies. Develop good community links, including CR partners and stakeholders.
Admin - Support the General Manager to deliver a cohesive and coherent day to day operation on site. Assist General Manager/Centre Manager in regular tenant meetings, assisting in their planning and delivery, and presenting marketing updates to maximise local retailer involvement in marketing activities.
